Scientists with the Harte Research Institute for Gulf of Mexico Studies and the College of Science and Engineering at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi will survey reef fish populations on a series of artificial reefs and assess harmful algal bloom-forming taxa in the Gulf of Mexico.
